  8. Crayola Scissors
  9. 8 Jumbo craft sticks
  10. Piece of construction paper
  11. Craft Glue
  12. 1/4 Yard of Ribbon
  13. Chennile Stem (for hanger)

  15. Directions:

  17. 1> Color craft sticks with Crayola Glitter Crayons
  18.  
  19. 2> Glue craft sticks together to make frame (see GIF).
  20.  
  21. 3> Draw and color picture to fit frame.
  22.  
  23. 4> Glue picture to back of frame.
  24.  
  25. 5> Make small loop with chenille stem and clue to top center of back of frame.
  26.  
  27. 6> Tie small bow and glue to top center front of frame.
